3. Crown material. Zirconia is the default for posterior teeth; layered zirconia or E-max is used where front-tooth aesthetics matter most.
4. Number of implants. Cost per implant drops as the count rises — this is why multiple teeth implants are priced lower per unit than a single tooth implant, and why All-on-4 is dramatically cheaper than 12 individual implants.
5. Extractions and temporaries. If failing teeth need removing first, extraction and immediate temporary teeth are added to the plan.
